Baggage Allowance

Baggage Allowance and Excess Luggage

Notice to Passengers

For safety and operational reasons, all charter flights are subject to strict limitations on baggage weight, volume, and dimensions. These limits are determined by aircraft performance, runway conditions, weather, and applicable aviation regulations.

A maximum baggage allowance per passenger will be communicated prior to departure. This allowance is subject to adjustment if required to ensure the safe operation of the flight.

If the total baggage weight or volume exceeds the aircraft’s safe carrying capacity, excess baggage may be offloaded. Where necessary, an additional charter flight or alternative transport will be arranged to carry the excess baggage.

Any additional flight or transport required to carry excess baggage shall be charged to the Charterer and/or Passenger, at the applicable charter rate and including all associated fees, taxes, and surcharges.

The Operator shall not be responsible for delays, inconvenience, or additional costs resulting from excess baggage. By accepting the charter, passengers acknowledge that safety considerations take precedence over baggage carriage, and that excess baggage may require separate transportation at additional cost.

Notice to Charterers (Agents, Brokers and Other Third Parties)

All charter flights are subject to maximum declared baggage weight and volume limitations, which are strictly governed by aircraft performance calculations, environmental conditions, runway characteristics, and applicable aviation regulations.

The Broker and/or Charterer is responsible for ensuring that passengers are informed of and comply with the declared baggage allowance provided at the time of booking. Final baggage acceptance remains subject to the Operator’s operational and safety assessment prior to departure.

In the event that the aggregate baggage weight or volume exceeds the aircraft’s safe operational limits, the Operator reserves the right to offload excess baggage and, where operationally required, arrange an additional charter flight or alternative transport for such baggage.

Any additional charter flight or transport required to accommodate excess baggage shall be for the sole account of the Charterer, charged at the prevailing charter rate, together with all applicable fees, taxes, positioning costs, and handling charges.

The Operator shall bear no liability for delays, schedule disruptions, or passenger inconvenience arising from excess baggage. The Broker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims arising from passenger non-compliance with declared baggage limitations.
